Oh wow. If I Had Extra cash that doll would be mine!!! It does kind of look like a converted g.I. Joe or a Ken doll, but neither of those other dolls have a majestic beard like mr. Lynne! =•}
It probably was! they are going to make killing off of it too!I'm going to go and see if I have any barbies lying around that I can spruce up and sell for some extra cash! :)
I can honestly tell you it is not offical in any way. I made it and 5 others like it over a period of a few years back in the late 90's. It's just a ken doll with a wig in a Spinal Tap box with laminated stickers.
It is a pity that the other members of ELO : Kelly, Richard, Bev, Melvyn, Mik, Hugh and Lou too! - didn't have a doll made also...... They would have fitted into an episode of 'Thunderbirds' or such like perfectly...... I can see it now - the ELO plane crashes on an island somewhere..... Thunderbirds rescue them and as a thank-you ELO perform a one off on Tracy Island...... :-) (!!!)
