Definitely got that Wilbury vol. 3 era "my baby" sound to it. Is that Jim Horn on sax?
I would bet the house it's Jim Horn and yes recorded during the rather productive Armchair Theatre/Volume 3 period.
Sad that they go through the trouble of making these videos, only for it to be finally seen by people almost 20 years later.
